Fiduciary Liability Insurance - The NYLHCA currently recommends JA Mariano. This product is utilized by 23 funds and some of these funds have literally saved tens of thousands of dollars with better coverage. Stop-Loss Insurance - The NYLHCA currently recommends the NLA Advantage Program with HCC Life & Knight International. Designated to limit operating expenses and contain claims expenses through a larger labor shared risk pool. By keeping the costs low, offering exclusive product features, and leveraging their collective size, the NLA Advantage product helps protect each Fund’s bottom line. Savings range 10-20%.
Life & Supplemental Insurance - The NYLHCA currently endorses Unum for life, accident & critical illness Provider. This product offers voluntary guaranteed universal life insurance (with no physicals required) and unique accident & critical illness coverage at both the fund level and voluntary basis.
