Season’s Greetings and Best Wishes for a Great 2019!

All of us at NYLHCA wish You and Yours a happy, safe Holiday Season! We also hope 2019 brings you, your staff, your Trustees, and each of your members and their families health and productivity!

The NYLHCA Workplan for 2019 is ambitious and aimed at addressing Member specific concerns with medical, vision, preventative/wellness medicine, readying our members to take advantage of health data analytics, and more. The Product Development Committee (PDC) will be heading up most initiatives and guiding the process to vet these important vendor/provider candidates going forward. (And all Directors are invited to be a part of the PDC process and meetings - your expertise/views are needed!)

In 2019 I will be asking our current Local Funds to assist me in identifying Locals that are not members- and giving us the opportunity to communicate our ‘value proposition’ and offerings to them. We want to grow our Alliance and make the ‘numbers of member lives’ benefit all in Vendor negotiations for better rates and choices. If you have a couple potentials for membership - please send me the contact info and I will gladly follow up.
