NYLHCA’s 2019 Annual Seminar and Golf Outing is on September 19th, 2019 at Turning Stone
Details, Sponsorship Opportunities, and Administrator/Trustee Invitations will be sent out soon, but we want you to know how important this event is to NYLHCA. Invitations for you and your trustees to attend are forthcoming and the event is free to all administrators and trustees - whether current members or not.

We conduct this event to encourage more participation from our member funds - and to increase membership in our coalition from Funds that may not know what we are about. Please let your fellow Locals know and have them join us!

We are now asking all directors to contact any potential sponsors for the 2019 program. We need sponsorship's to make this event happen and to once again be successful. 

We’re respectfully asking that you contact your plan professionals and any other vendor or provider for sponsorship's. Just pass along their contact info - or have them email the NYLHCA office. (info@nylhca.org) We will send out Sponsor info as soon as possible.

We cannot emphasize enough how events such as this contribute to the growth of our coalition which will ultimately enhance Fund benefit choice, quality and lower costs for our members – You are the reason for our existence!

The Annual and Quarterly NYLHCA Business Meetings will begin at noon on Sept. 18th with lunch, and proceed into the afternoon. There will be a Cocktail Reception following the end of those Meetings that evening, but no Dinner this year. This will give Vendors a better opportunity to arrange ‘face to face’ meetings and dinner with our Members that evening..
